NOTE: We do not provide space for crafts or other types of non-food-related items or provide space for business/product promotions.
What are the Qualifications?
What qualification do we seek when considering a boutique food vendor?
- The owner must be the applicant and representative, and involved in the overall management/production of their product
- The business and products need to be produced locally and in Southern California
- Product must be made from scratch, in a certified commercial kitchen
What is Not Accepted?
- Cottage Permitted goods
- Brick and Mortar retail establishments
- Wholesalers, who purchase & resale, or repackage a product
- Imported, pre-packaged products
- Mass-produced products designed for retail establishments
- Items produced for fundraising
In addition to quarterly and annual space in the markets, we also offer Pop-Up opportunities.
