NOTE: We do not provide space for crafts or other types of non-food-related items or provide space for business/product promotions.

What are the Qualifications?

What qualification do we seek when considering a boutique food vendor?

  • The owner must be the applicant and representative, and involved in the overall management/production of their product
  • The business and products need to be produced locally and in Southern California
  • Product must be made from scratch, in a certified commercial kitchen

What is Not Accepted?

  • Cottage Permitted goods
  • Brick and Mortar retail establishments
  • Wholesalers, who purchase & resale, or repackage a product
  • Imported, pre-packaged products
  • Mass-produced products designed for retail establishments
  • Items produced for fundraising

In addition to quarterly and annual space in the markets, we also offer Pop-Up opportunities.
